We tested longer register forms and watched completion drop. Four fields is the version that finishes on a mid-range Android in landscape without the keyboard hiding the submit button.
Mobile keypad logic
The mobile-number field triggers the numeric pad straight away. Small detail, but it removes the tap most Indonesia visitors had to make to switch their keyboard during register.
Wallet pre-link
Choosing your wallet during register means the cashier already knows your handle. First deposit becomes one confirmation, not a second onboarding inside the lobby.
One-time code over SMS
We use SMS rather than email for the code because Indonesia inbox delivery is patchy. The code lands on the same phone the register form is open on.
No document upload at register
Identity checks, where local law permits, happen later and only on withdrawal triggers. The register form itself never asks you to photograph a card.
Session held on submit
If your data drops mid-submit, the form holds your inputs locally for ten minutes so you can resume without retyping the username and password.
